What we offer?

Taekwondo

Taekwondo is a sport centered around courtesy. AAA offers professional Taekwondo training, focusing on various kicking, stretching, and arm coordination movements to enhance students' muscle strength, flexibility, and coordination. It's essential for psychological growth, advocating a martial spirit of "beginning and ending with courtesy," instilling respect and resilience in practitioners.

Yoga

Yoga is a system that enhances awareness, enabling humans to tap into their full potential. Modern yoga primarily involves a series of methods for self-improvement, including postures, breathing techniques, and meditation, to achieve unity of body and mind. It's especially suitable for individuals facing high work pressure, experiencing shoulder, neck, or back issues, seeking relaxation. Melbourne Art Academy offers various distinctive small-group yoga classes for everyone.

Physique Management

Many people nowadays fall into the misconception of pursuing only thinness in the pursuit of a perfect body! In reality, a perfect physique with well-defined lines requires the perfect combination of body fat and muscle—the most popular being the "real man" physique like national heartthrob Peng Yuyan and the A4 waist like goddess Yuan Shanshan! As an ordinary person, how can you enhance your own appearance? How can you attract attention? Which posture is more elegant? Melbourne Art Academy's AAA invites a Doctor of Sports Science to conduct professional body measurements for you, providing you with a comprehensive physique management plan. This course is suitable for private customization or group training.
