Music Curriculum

Unleash your musical talent, and you could be the next Mozart.

What we offer?

Piano

The piano is a keyboard instrument renowned as the “king of instruments” in Western classical music. AAA offers experienced piano teachers in Melbourne with over 10 years of teaching experience. The course is suitable for students of all ages and skill levels. Interactive lessons and personalized guidance are provided to learn piano playing. Our professional one-on-one classes help you rapidly improve your piano skills, with continuous monitoring of your progress. Professionalism, attention to detail, and patience are our consistent teaching attitudes.

Accordion

The accordion is a reed instrument capable of both solo and accompaniment performances. It can produce beautiful melodies in single voices and perform polyphonic pieces. Similar to the piano, it can play rich harmonies with both hands. The accordion’s sound is grand and its timbre is rich, enabling it to play various styles of music. AAA offers the most professional accordion teaching courses. With experienced and skilled teachers, we help students quickly master playing techniques.

Vocal Music

Art of auditory perception, comprising two aspects: the singing subject (singer) and the recipient (audience). We ensure teaching quality by tailoring teaching plans based on each student’s individual foundation, enabling everyone to potentially become the next great voice.

Violin

The crown jewel of the musical realm—the art of the violin. Our professional violin teachers, with qualifications up to Grade Ten in violin performance, possess years of teaching experience. We prioritize student interests and initiative, aiding in cultivating a love for music and nurturing abilities from that passion.

Ukelele

The ukulele is a plucked string instrument from Hawaii, also known as the “four-stringed guitar.” Compared to the guitar, it is small, cute, and portable, making it very popular among girls and children. With only four strings, it is easy to learn and play, making it accessible even for those without advanced skills. The ukulele is often the first choice for many music enthusiasts or students looking to learn a new skill.

Guitar

The guitar is often regarded as a primary instrument in popular music, rock, blues, folk, and flamenco. In the realm of classical music, it is frequently performed solo or in duets. AAA offers professional instruction in folk guitar, classical guitar, fingerstyle guitar, electric guitar, and ukulele. The courses are systematically arranged, integrating playing techniques and music theory knowledge. All songs in the curriculum come with accompanying guitar tabs, and the playing is simplified based on learning progress, making it easier for beginners to play and sing their favorite songs.

Guqin

The guqin, typically with seven strings and also known as the seven-stringed zither, is a traditional Chinese plucked instrument with a history spanning over three thousand years. Renowned for its deep, serene, and tranquil sound, the guqin has been an essential instrument for self-cultivation among ancient Chinese scholars and literati. More than just an instrument, the guqin embodies cultural and spiritual significance, reflecting the harmony and introspective beauty of traditional Chinese culture. In 2003, the guqin was inscribed on UNESCO’s list of Intangible Cultural Heritage. With the growing interest in holistic well-being, the guqin has gained increasing attention and promotion.

Dulcimer

The dulcimer is an ancient and elegant string instrument, originating from European and American folk music traditions. Typically crafted with a wooden resonating box and a fretted fingerboard, it features strings stretched across the resonating box, played with fingers or small hammers. Known for its gentle and melodious sound, the dulcimer is used in folk, classical, and contemporary music. Its unique timbre and versatile playing techniques have made it beloved among musicians and music enthusiasts alike.

GuZheng

The guzheng is an ancient and elegant Chinese traditional instrument with a history of 2,500 years. Modern guzhengs typically have 21 strings. It consists of a wooden resonating box, strings, and adjustable bridges. Players produce a crisp and melodious sound by plucking the strings with their fingertips. The guzheng holds significant importance in Chinese musical culture and is commonly used for solo performances, ensembles, and accompaniment. Its wide range and expressive capabilities make it an ideal instrument for various musical styles, from traditional folk music to contemporary pieces. With the rise of traditional Chinese culture, the guzheng has become increasingly popular due to its relative ease of learning and playing.
