What we offer?
Ballet Course
The course is divided into children’s ballet and adult ballet. It includes basic skills practice and flexibility training. Through training the body, it cultivates coordination, rhythm, musical understanding, self-expression, and teamwork skills. Children’s ballet training balances and improves children’s comprehensive qualities, enhances their cultivation and aesthetics. It cultivates children’s perseverance and good habits. Adult ballet improves overall coordination, shapes a graceful posture while toning and flexing muscles, corrects poor posture. It enhances artistic appreciation and temperament, increases bounce and lung capacity, and strengthens physique.
Classic Dance Course
Classical dance refers to dances that, based on folk traditional dances, have been refined, sorted, processed, and created by professional workers over the ages. They have been tested by long-term artistic practice and are considered to have certain exemplary significance and classical stylistic characteristics. Classical dances are characterized by rigorous programs, normative movements, and relatively advanced techniques. Through our professional teaching, students gain a profound understanding and cognition of dance from four aspects: “form,” “spirit,” “strength,” and “rhythm.
Modern Dance Course
Modern dance is a dance genre that emerged in the early 20th century in the West as a counterpart to classical ballet. The course mainly focuses on Martha Graham’s technique, Doris Humphrey’s technique, José Limon’s technique, Lester Horton’s technique, relaxation techniques, and in-depth study of free-form dance.
Jazz Dance Course
As American modern dance, is a lively and rhythmic dance characterized by its rapid movements. It is an expressive form of dance that conveys inner feelings through bodily movements such as hops, shakes, and twists. Through the professional teaching provided in the course, students will exercise various levels of cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, body coordination, agility, and balance. This enables them to dance with confidence and express their own unique style.
K-Pop
K-Pop, short for Korean popular music, is known for its catchy tunes and dynamic dance moves featured in music videos (especially those of Korean idol groups and dance music artists). For all K-Pop fans out there, ever dreamt of showcasing your charisma through hot dance moves like your idols? AAA offers professional K-Pop dance instruction!
Oriental Dance Course
Oriental dance, commonly known as belly dance, combines elements of Eastern culture, blending simplicity with grace. It is a dance form characterized by its femininity, with dancers swaying their hips and abdomen to the ever-changing rapid rhythms. The dance movements are graceful, diverse, and exude an air of mystery and elegance.
Latin Dance Course
Also known as Latin ballroom dance or social dance, is a popular folk dance characterized by its casual, relaxed, and free-spirited nature. It offers ample room for improvisation and is a passionate, romantic, vibrant, and fiery art form with distinct characteristics formed by the Latin American people throughout their long history. AAA boasts experienced Latin dance instructors and offers professional training courses.
Contact Improvisation Course
The course focuses on generating diverse movements through physical contact and interaction, emphasizing communication between body and mind. It encourages an open exploration of the body’s creativity. Teachers are passionate and patient, eagerly awaiting your participation!

Lisa Li
Former body dance teacher at Southwest University
Led the Chinese team to participate in international competitions such as the French Cheerleading Open, winning the pom-pom group championship and the jazz duo dance championship
Studied at the Kaivalyadhama National Yoga Institute in India, deeply studying yoga and obtaining a teaching qualification, and holds a certification from the Australian Yoga Alliance
Authored books such as "Yoga Club Series" and "Love Sports - Yoga Textbook for Middle School Students" in China, and released yoga DVDs
Online instructor for China Yoga Network, easyoga Yoga Ambassador in Taiwan, instructor at the Chongqing International Yoga Conference, and national-level instructor training mentor for the General Administration of Sport of China
Rebecca Zhang
Graduated from the Dance Academy of Minzu University of China, national-level dancer with the China National Ethnic Song and Dance Ensemble, and member of the Chinese Dancers Association. For many years, she has been a principal performer with the China National Ethnic Song and Dance Ensemble, participating in numerous national diplomatic performances and representing China on state visits with national leaders to various countries. She has performed in thousands of shows at CCTV's Spring Festival Gala, the National Centre for the Performing Arts, the Great Hall of the People, and various provincial and municipal venues. Additionally, she has been invited to serve as a judge and choreographer for multiple professional dance competitions both domestically and internationally.
Specializes in teaching ethnic dance, classical dance, Chinese dance, modern dance, and ballet for children and adults. Her passion and talent for dance have made her an outstanding representative in the dance community, contributing significantly to the heritage and development of dance art. She has founded multiple dance schools in China and abroad. Over her nearly 20-year teaching career, she has nurtured many students who successfully entered prestigious dance art academies and national-level art institutions both domestically and internationally, winning various awards and scholarships.
